I’m Jacquelyn Mosier, Founder of Jack-IT Consulting.
I was born on July 4th in Springfield, Illinois, grew up in Shelbyville, and later moved to southern Illinois during middle school. My dad was an entrepreneur and an early adopter of technology — he was always chasing the “latest thing.” That mindset rubbed off on me early, sparking both my curiosity and my belief that innovation should make life and business better.
I went to college for Business Administration with a minor in Marketing, but instead of following a traditional corporate track, I jumped straight into management and systems to gain hands-on experience. What followed was a multi-cultured career that spanned industries like retail, banking, hospitality, event planning + management, recruiting, sales training + development, telecom, + consulting. Different industries, yes — but a common thread always appeared: sales, technology, and coaching.
In my mid-20s, I relocated to St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri, where I deepened my work with businesses of all sizes, helping them refine operations and embrace smarter technology. By early 2022, I made my home in Naples, Florida, 2024 my home became Ft. Myers, bringing that experience to the vibrant Southwest Florida community.
Beyond consulting, I’ve leaned into leadership and community building. I founded and co-chaired Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship Fort Myers, currently volunteer on the Dunbar Business Advisory Committee, and founded Clear Minds Bold Moves, a sober networking group designed for authentic connection.
Through Jack-IT Consulting, my mission is simple:
Clarity — cutting out complexity and showing businesses the clearest path forward.
Confidence — building systems that not only work today but grow with you tomorrow.
Collaboration — keeping projects local and creating full-circle moments where business, community, and innovation meet.
At the end of the day, I love helping people turn vision into action — ensuring technology supports people, not the other way around.
